SCAN (Security Central Access Network), our dealer access package, allows viewing of daily operations and activity, displaying of subscriber information and the capability of printing a full range of reports. Two-Way Voice (listen-in) monitoring eliminates the verification telephone call with operator / subscriber conversation through a speaker and microphone located in the subscriber's facility. With remote video monitoring and verification video transmission systems, the central station operator views the received images at the subscriber's location and takes the appropriate action. By utilizing our Two-Way Voice monitoring services, dealers can quickly gain the competitive edge over other alarm companies and earn higher profits.

Becoming an authorized Security Central Dealer is simple. Upon request, a Dealer Installer Contract can be mailed or faxed to you or you can download copies from this page. A complete introductory package is sent to all potential dealers, including the Dealer Installer Contract, Pricing Guide, General Procedures Guide, and a host of information to familiarize you with our services.

Security Central Access Network (SCAN) is our online access system. Designed to offer dealers a web enabled portal to information, the SCAN website offers a variety of tools for dealers to manage their subscriber accounts, submit new accounts, changes and cancellations. In addition, the SCAN website hosts documentation and information useful to both new dealers and veteran dealers alike.
