Cellular backup signals communicate on the secure digital part of the network, so there are no busy signals or dropped calls. We incorporate separate receivers as well as a fully supervised network to insure fast and efficient communication from virtually any system.

Our video monitoring system allows Security Central to visually look into any area where a triggered or timed image would provide verification through identification, documentation, or tracking.

In the quest to reduce false dispatches many methods are employed but few are as effective as visual verification. Utilizing video monitoring, up to 5 frames of video of what caused the alarm trip is transmitted to the central station in addition to the standard digital signal.

Trained Special Services operators can then dispatch the authorities intelligently by providing additional details of the cause of the alarm trip. At your option, dispatches can be modified or eliminated based on specific criteria of what is viewed.
