At ISC West 2025, Security Central introduced DENALI, a secure, customer-facing alarm communication portal designed to improve how alarm information reaches call list contacts and how decisions are made during an event.
DENALI recognizes a simple reality of today’s world: people do not always answer phone calls. Instead of relying solely on voice outreach, DENALI delivers alarm notifications through a secure, SMS-based portal that allows call list members to view alarm details, communicate in real time, and take action directly from their device.
Through live demonstrations at the Security Central booth, attendees saw how DENALI enables real-time collaboration among call list contacts. Users can chat within a single shared conversation, acknowledge alarms, request dispatch, or cancel events with clarity and confidence. All activity is securely archived within the account, providing transparency and future reference.
“DENALI is designed to meet customers where they already are,” said Caroline Brown, CEO of Security Central. “By enabling real-time communication and action, it helps reduce confusion, speed up decision-making, and lower the likelihood of false alarms.”
The introduction of DENALI reinforces Security Central’s focus on modernizing alarm communication while maintaining a dealer-first approach. Built with security, usability, and accountability in mind, DENALI gives dealers a powerful new way to enhance the customer experience and improve alarm outcomes.
