Introduced to dealers and industry professionals through live demonstrations at the Security Central booth, ELA represents a significant step forward in how non-dispatchable alarm events are communicated and managed.
ELA (Elevated Language Assistant) is designed to handle alarm notifications that do not require dispatch, delivering clear, consistent communication to call list contacts without altering existing dispatch workflows. Unlike traditional IVR-based systems, ELA uses intelligent voice interaction to communicate alarm details, answer questions related to the event, and ensure notifications are completed accurately.
During ISC West, attendees experienced live demonstrations of ELA in action. Security Central team members showcased how ELA listens, responds naturally, and adapts to real-world conversations, all while maintaining strict boundaries around its role in alarm handling.
