Las Vegas, NV — At ISC West 2026, Security Central brought serious momentum to the show floor, introducing new technology focused on one goal: helping teams move faster, work smarter, and get more done in the field.
This year’s unveiling centered around two new solutions built specifically for technical teams, along with continued advancements to the company’s growing suite of intelligent monitoring tools.
ATLAS: AI-Powered Voice Support
Security Central introduced ATLAS, a conversational AI voice system designed to support technical teams and ultimately, subscribers in real time.
ATLAS allows dealers to call in and interact with an intelligent assistant that recognizes who they are, can place accounts on or off test, and deliver test results.
Looking ahead, ATLAS will continue to improve and its feature set will expand. Future capabilities will include guided troubleshooting, support for common service issues, and the ability to recall previous interactions to provide more personalized assistance.
EVEREST: The Security Central Technician App
Also unveiled at ISC West 2026 was EVEREST, Security Central’s new Technician App built to put essential tools directly into the hands of technicians.
EVEREST allows users to search for customer accounts, update information, place accounts on test, and receive test results from a single mobile interface. The app also enables technicians to perform walk tests, giving them greater control and visibility while on site.
By consolidating key functions into one platform, EVEREST is designed to streamline field operations and reduce reliance on multiple systems or call-in processes.
Driving the Next Phase of Monitoring
The technologies introduced and expanded at ISC West 2026 reflect a broaderfocus on efficiency, scalability, and practical innovation.
By combining AI-driven support, mobile-first tools, and continuouslyevolving response platforms, Security Central is focused on helping its dealerpartners operate more efficiently without sacrificing service quality.
As these solutions continue to develop, the goal remains the same: deliver tools that make a measurable difference in the field and elevate the overall monitoring experience.
